Cancellation Policy: To cancel a reservation you must email or call me.  Reservations canceled with less than a 1 month notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Any reservation canceled with less than a 2 week notice forfeits $250 deposit and NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO THE ENTIRE RENTAL FEES. Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well.
